Chain of title back to the vesting deed, with open deeds of trust, easements, and restrictions noted and abstracted.

Two-owner searches

The standard lender and underwriter request, run to the required period and delivered in the same format as a full search.

Recorded deeds, deeds of trust, plats, and releases pulled from county land records and delivered as clean, legible copies.
